This spiced lager was lemony and very clove-like. A unique and successful take on lager that brings the unfortunately popular style into the realm of properly brewed beer.

About this Blog
I have developed this blog as a 'sister' site to Just Grapes, my wine blog. Here I will dedicate all of my writings to beer and sometimes hard liquor such as Scotch or Brandy. If there is a lack of small personalized voices on wine in BC, there is an even greater lack of large dominant voices on micro brewed beer in the province.
The goal of this site is to expose and educate anyone who is interested to the world of micro brewed beers from BC and beyond. There is so much more out there than the general mass market Coors, Bud, Molson, etc. This is where I will explore that other, much more flavourful, world.
